What is the wellvyl shop?
Our own line of wellness goods and wellvyl merchandise. Some items are available to everyone; select items are reserved for wellvyl members.
Do I need to be a member to buy?
No — anyone can shop the public collection. Items marked members-only unlock when you sign in with your wellvyl membership.
How do member discounts work?
Members receive member pricing automatically when signed in — the same wellvyl account works across the shop, the member app, media, and tickets. If you don't see your pricing, sign in at app.wellvyl.com first and return to the shop.
How do I pay, and is it secure?
Checkout is processed by Stripe. Your full card number goes directly to the payment processor — wellvyl never sees or stores it.
When will my order ship?
Most wellvyl pieces are made to order — printed just for you rather than sitting in a warehouse. That means a short production time before shipping; the delivery estimate for your address is shown at checkout, and you'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because most pieces are made to order, we can't accept returns for sizing or change of mind — please check the size guide on each product before ordering. If anything arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, email [email protected] with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or make it right at no cost. How do I care for my items?
Care instructions are on each product's label and page — for printed apparel, washing cold and inside-out keeps the print vivid longest.
I used a promo or member code and it didn't apply.
Codes are entered at checkout and some are member-gated (they check your signed-in membership). If a valid code won't apply, contact us with the code and your order details.
