All memberships are yearly contracts that automatically renew on their monthly or yearly anniversary.
If you want to cancel your membership, you can email membership@wellvyl.com and cancel thirty (30) days prior to your next monthly payment. If you don’t make it before thirty (30) days, the next monthly payment will not be billed and you get to finish out your membership for the month with all its healthy fun. We’re very sorry, but we do not do refunds.
Oh, if you refer someone, as a good person, and they get approved and they join, you get to skip a month payment on your monthly membership fee. That’s pretty cool, ya? We think so too.
Occasionally, additional fees may occur, such as service charges and/or price increases that may only happen once per year that should never go above 10% of the current year fees.
