This page explains how to delete your member account for the Wellvyl: Social Wellness Club app — the steps in the app, an email option if you no longer have the app, what is removed right away, and the small set of records the law requires us to keep.
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account with the subject “delete my account”. We verify it is really you, run the same deletion described on this page, and confirm by reply.
Leaving for good cancels any active membership, removes your profile, RSVPs, and history, and signs you out everywhere.
Your account is anonymized right away — your profile, photos, RSVPs, hotline messages, and notification history stop being linked to you — and is fully erased within 30 days. After the final confirmation it cannot be brought back.
Purchase and payment records are kept only as long as tax and accounting law require. They are retained for legal compliance only — never for marketing.
