Yoga makes me feel good. Plain and simple. I move, I breathe a little deeper and I tap in to myself. I wanted others to feel this good so I dove into a Yoga training to find out how.
I teach yoga flows based on linking yoga postures through smart sequencing, breath and music. I invite people to feel where they are, be where they are, and be who they are.
