Did you know the wellness industry alone is worth $4.2 trillion! Yea, there are brands out there making a fortune.

According to The Standard UK, these are the 5 wellness trends to look out for in 2019.

 

1 – The ‘Keto-Vegan’ Diet

2 – Hiking
