Where the overly aggressive and ostensibly racist manager of a Philadelphia location wrongfully called the cops on two black men, leading to their false arrest. Starbucks immediately apologized to the men, settled their suit with a promise to fund a $200,000 young entrepreneur&#8217;s program and called for the single day closing of 8,000 locations for the purpose of anti-bias training.<\/p>\n<p>That day has arrived. Starbucks employees will partake in a 4-hour sensitivity training session, which will include exploratory discussions, a recorded message from rapper\/actor Common and a lesson on civil rights (from the 1960&#8217;s until now). Major retail corporations like\u00a0Walmart, Target and Nordstrom have followed suit.
