HARDWORK FITNESS

Hardwork fitness is a calorie burning 45 minute full body outdoor workout. All we use is your body and the park bench. It includes multiple sets of exercises that target key muscles followed by a light short distance jog. Hardwork is consistent for everyone in my classes but with tons of modified exercises people of all ages and fitness levels will flourish.

With the fall weather upon us you have a reason to escape the gym, get some fresh air and enjoy an outdoor workout. With the option of choosing the day, time and area for your class it’s perfect for exercisers who want to book a group workout with all of their friends. It’s also great for people who want to join a group class with other fitness minded people in their neighborhood. Plus, it’s only $10 per person!
