Being healthy and dating in NYC is hard, so we've created a fun, workout where you’ll be introduced to healthy singles who live active lifestyles!
It’s a night of exercise and speed dating, or as we call it, HIITing it! We've create a circuit workout where you'll be partnered with someone new at each station for a short workout/introduction.
HOW IT WORKS
There will be 2 different workout sessions where the wellvyl community will take you through a series of stations where you will perform an exercise for 45 seconds followed by a minute of recovery and getting to know your workout partner.
To close out the evening you'll partner up for some friendly competitions and relay races.
The pressure is low, the night is fun, and you might meet someone special.
