Yoga makes me feel good. Plain and simple. I move. I tap in and I get to sit still! That is a big accomplishment for someone who is always on the go. Feel me? I wanted others to feel this good so I dove into a Yoga training to find out how.
I teach yoga flows based on linking postures, movement, breath and music. I add in a little breathwork and meditation to sweeten up the formula. I invite people to feel where they are, be where they are, and be who they are. Namaste
